Description
This stunning deep purple wine is sourced from the cooler climate of Orange.
The aromas of coffee and mulberries are followed by rich wild blackberries on the front of the palate. There are hints of violets with a gentle underlying dark chocolate and earthy gentle tannin to finish.
CELLARING
Great now but can cellar for 8-10 years with careful cellaring.
FOOD
Pair this with beef burgers, grilled steak or lamb chops or simply just have another glass!
