The Calais Cuvee’ is made from 3 vintages of this premium wine, created in the classic Calais style of big buttery Chardonnay. Blended from the 2008, 2009 and 2011 vintages, the extra years in older barrels has intensified the flavour profile of this wine. A well balanced and mature wine, designed to be enjoyed now with your favourite Poultry dish.

Slightly richer dishes where a degree of freshness is still welcome, such as chicken, pork or pasta in a creamy sauce. Chicken, ham or cheese based salads especially with peach, mango or macadamia nuts and mild curries.
