Tasting Notes

The 2016 vintage has a rich perfumed nose with aromas of blackberries and gentle soft spices, giving the wine complexity and intrigue. The palate contains big full berry and wild cherry flavours, these combine with big and balanced tannins creating a long luscious lingering taste sensation in your mouth.

This fruit was sourced from high altitude vineyards in Rylstone in cool climate basalt soils. This wine will age well and grips the palate while young.
