This Semillon just screams Hunter.
Incredible aromas of peach, lemonade and elderflower on the nose followed by bright lime and zest on the palate with hints of camomile. A beautifully soft Semillon for it’s age with a perfectly balanced acidic and mineral finish.
Enjoy now or cellar for a few years to develop the underlying toasted nut, melon and honey characteristics.
CELLARING A great cellaring wine, you can enjoy now or cellar for 5-6 years to develop the classic aged Hunter Valley profile.
