Description

This wine has complex aromas of ripe dark berries with stunning vanilla undertones. As this wine breathes it reveals a sweet blackberry and plum on the palate, displaying a soft white pepper finish.

A lusciously textured wine is the result of seamless extended oak maturation showing a fine tannin structure and balanced acidity that give it great length and an elegant soft finish.

CELLARING Drinking beautifully now and will continue to improve over 8-10 years.

FOOD Classic parings of rich and juicy cuts such as Scotch Fillet and New York Strip are a stunning combination with this bigger style Hunter Shiraz. Stronger gamey meats such as Kangaroo and Venison are another contender with this wine as the structure will happily support robust flavours.
